Q. What is March Madness Bracket Tourney Script?
A. March Madness Bracket Tourney Script is a feature packed on site or downloadable php script to host your March Madness Pool.
Q. Is it free?
A. No. But while MMBTS is not free, the pricing for this powerful script is well below it’s competition on the on site option and is the only of it’s kind on the downloadable list of scripts. You can view pricing here.
Q. Can I use the personal license for other tournaments?
A. Yes. However at this time the software is only set up to run 64 team/person tournaments. You are free to alter the code to work for other styles but we can’t support any modifications or assist. Ability to run different tournaments is a feature that will be available in the future to include NBA, NFL, MLB and other bracket style tournaments. Lifetime license insures you get this upgrade for free when available.
Q. Can I remove the copyright?
A. Support will not be given for sites without the copyright intact and is mandatory to keep on the software. Please contact us if you would like pricing for copyright removal.
Q. Are there other options for me to consider before purchasing?
A. Yes. You can consider a hosted version which many sites offer. We made sure our pricing was well below competition for this. We have found one downloadable web based software and it is twice as expensive with 1/10 of the features. We’re not sure on the reason that other sites don’t allow webmasters to host it on their own site but we do.
Q. I bought the yearly license but would like to upgrade to lifetime, do I have to pay full value?
A. No. You can pay the difference in cost however, paying the $9.95 yearly for a few years would not constitute towards the difference.
Q. Do you plan on offering other great sports scripts?
A. Yes. It is fully our goal to offer every type of office pool type software we can. There is a lack of good web based sports pool software and we will fill that void and have it available at an affordable cost.
Q. How often will you give updates to the software?
A. We are always working to add features. Your suggestions and feedback make it easier to know what you want or need. While all requests may not be added in, we will work to make our software have every feature that you would need but still give the user the option to enable. While having lot’s of features is great, some features aren’t for everyone and we won’t make you use a feature that isn’t a must. We also put performance first and will not add features just to add features if they aren’t useful or will slow performance of the software down.
Q. How quickly can I get support via email?
A. We understand that you need answers quick. During the “on-season” of the sports script you purchase, we will answer within 24 hours and typically faster. Please allow an extra day for weekends or holidays although we may respond still. During the “off-season” of the sports script you purchase, please allow 72 hours for a response as it’s not as urgent due to the sport not being in session.
Q. What are the requirements for the personal license?
A. In order to install the downloadable script you will need a server that has PHP 4.x or higher installed as well as MySQL 4.x or higher. If you’re not sure if your host supports this, you should ask them. Verify with your host if they have any common functions of PHP turned off. A blank screen is seen if error reporting is turned off and won’t show the errors.
Q. I own a sports related site, do you offer any affiliate programs?
A. We will address this on a case by case basis and you can contact us for more information.
Q. Who uses your software?
A. While not all of our customers let us link to their site, you can view a list of customers who said yes to letting us use their name here. If you would like a link for your site, please let us know and we would be more than happy to add you.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. Unfortunately, with online scripts once you download the software, there is no guarantee for us that you haven’t installed somewhere. If you have already downloaded the software no refund can be offered.
